Returns and exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, I don't issue refunds unless product is missing or physically damaged.

If there are any issues with the product you receive, please contact me. Damages from shipping or packaging materials may occur, to which I can offer a replacement piece with proof of damage upon arrival.

For your information I am not an expert/certified painter, I do my best and take my time with every part. I work full time on top of single handedly running this business, sometimes deadlines aren't always exact and your patience is appreciated. Photos of your order during production can be sent via text/social  media upon your request. If you receive something not suited to your standards/expectations, please inquire and I would gladly consider a replacement under the circumstances.

Lead time from purchase

Since everything is handmade, it can take 2-3 weeks for me to produce items on top of 1-2 weeks shipping. If you are concerned about timing, feel free to contact me before placing an order. Your patience is much appreciated.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times

Of course I would make the delivery trucks drive faster if I could, but it takes as long as it takes given the shipping options/rates through Shopify. on average it's taking about a week for products to reach US soil from the great white north.

Shipping costs

I do everything I can to keep shipping costs down, but Canada Post is known for being very expensive. I do offer free shipping on order over 100$US, if you have a list of parts, you'll most likely be eligible!

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
